Himalaya #4FabulousHair this Diwali

Diwali isn’t merely about well-styled homes and garments but also about healthy and shiny looking hair.

For people who know me for a while know how much time I spend on my hair especially because I am someone who changes their hairstyle every quarter or more often. Recently I shaved off my head and it’s almost crew cut already.

I shaved off my head to diminsh all the damage I had done to my hair with all the colouring and chemicals and made a vow to myself to take better care of it!

Just in time Himalaya sent a herb-based #4FabulousHairKit which provides a complete solution to hair fall problems with its four-step process.

Let’s take a look at the four step hair-care process and products and my experience of the same.

Step 1: Oiling

Champi makes us all nostalgic and takes us back to the summer vacations spent with our #Daadi who would tell us the importance of #Champis for healthy hair.

This time around I had to oil my hair , myself. Trick is to apply the oil on the scalp in circular motion to improve blood circulation. Keep it on, wrap with a hot towel for about 30 minutes.

The Himalaya Anti-Hair Fall hair Oil is loaded with natural power-packed ingredients like Bhringaraja and Amalaki and strengthens the root shafts and prevents hair fall.

It was easy to apply and smelt good despite the natural ingredients. Also soaks in quite quickly.

Since my hair is short, I chose to skip the hot towel part, but yo should definitely try it for maximum impact.

Step 2: Shampoo

Next up, I applied the Himalaya Anti-Hair Fall Shampoo on my wet hair and scalp and let it be for a couple of minutes.

If you still feel the remnants of oil on your scalp, you can repeat the procedure.

My hair, which otherwise feels poky and sharp felt a lot softer.

The best part, this shampoo is good for all hair types inclusive of artificially coloured and permed hair.

The Himalaya Anti-Hair Fall Shampoo is packed with ingredients like Bhringaraja and Butea Fondosa which reduce hair fall due to breakage and conditions and improves hair texture.

Step 3: Condition

Most of us rule out the importance of conditioning, but conditioning is a step which can’t be skipped as it gives life to the otherwise dull hair and frizz caused by pollution.

Since I have extremely short hair, I used a very little quantity away from roots onto the length.

You should never let the conditioner touch the scalp as it not only causes hair fall but also makes the scalp very oily.

Composed of ingredients like Butea Fondosa, Bhringaraja and Chickpea, the Himalaya Anti-Hair Fall Conditioner nourishes hair and leaves with smooth, silky hair. In my case, I would say, less poky and slightly shinier hair.

Step 4: Protect

The last step is to use a small amount of the Himalaya Anti-Hair Fall cream and run it through your hair strands while your hair is still damp.

The Himalaya Anti-Hair Fall Cream not only acted as a sheath against pollution and harsh sun but also help me style my hair better. A little bit through my wet hair and my mohawk was in place throughout the day without subjecting my hair to a thousand chemicals.

The Himalaya Anti-Hair Fall Cream uses ingredients like Bhringaraja and Amalaki.

All in all, I am reasonably impressed with the Himalaya #4FabulousHair kit and if you guys are anti-chemicals too, this one’s worth a shot!
